Christoph Theile conveys very impressively that it is possible to learn how to deal confidently with one's own emotions and those of other people. The consciously differentiated choice of words for the emotional terms opens the way to describing one's own emotions (and those of other people) precisely in language and to finding an introduction to the 7 basic emotions. The practical exercises complement what has been learned very vividly and lead to many enriching insights!
Christoph Teile creates a relaxed and trusting atmosphere. You can learn and apply a lot from theory and practice. Both parts of the seminar were a lot of fun and if the opportunity arises, I would gladly attend another one of his seminars.

I liked the video course "healthy emotions" very much. The individual emotions and the connections were explained to me very pictorially, clearly and concisely. The evaluation of the questionnaire "EQtex Professional", resulted for me partly confirmation of my previous opinion but also a variety of new insights, which I will work on.
Christoph Theile's presentation is sensational. He manages to bring an extensive topic to the point with ease and humor in a very short time. He generates new perspectives and thus creates the basis for personal development. Thank you for the impulse fireworks!
