I particularly liked his ease in approaching things systematically and moving them forward. He took away my "fear" of project management. We learned basic things and methods in project management that are also ideal for use outside of projects. He is also a very likeable person and it was a great group. We would love to do it again!

Good mix of theory and practice. I also found the excel sheets great, which you can use directly for your own work. I also think it's important to do the last day 100% in person. The day was my personal highlight because you could interact with the participants in a completely different way.

I attended a 4-day project management training course as an online seminar. Mr. Eylers managed to convey the extensive topics to all participants in a structured and detailed manner. Both professionally and personally, each of the four seminar days was characterized by new knowledge and practical application blocks. By introducing company-specific content, the seminar also introduced tools and methods that ensure a high level of learning success and the applicability of the course content in practice. I can definitely recommend Mr. Eylers professionally, methodically and personally.

I attended the "Project Management Compact" training course with Claas Eylers and I have to say that I have rarely or never attended such an entertaining and good training course. The four days were packed with all the important topics relating to project management. Claas Eylers conveyed the content very well and backed it up with lots of practical examples and exercises. Particularly noteworthy are the many 'real-life' tips and tools that Claas Eylers brings from his many years of personal experience in the project business. No specialist book can offer you that! I really wanted to apply what I had learned and develop personally and professionally. I hope this was not my last training course with him!

I thoroughly enjoyed the dynamic and engaging training sessions with Claas. It not only helped me organize my existing knowledge but also enriched it with valuable additional information. Claas is an exceptionally experienced teacher who adeptly explains challenging topics in a proportionate and entertaining manner. The training atmosphere remained joyful throughout, even with the intensity, and the group consistently maintained high motivation levels, keeping the energy vibrant. Thoughtful breaks were seamlessly integrated, tasks were consistently inspiring, and the theoretical segments remained captivating. I felt well taken care of and supported throughout the training.

This has been one of the most valuable course I have ever attended. Claas is an expert and high professional trainer able to communicate and teach a tough subject in a very enjoyable way. Despite the intensity and complexity of the topic, he brings the class into a friendly and interactive mood which strongly motivates the partecipants. Learning is achieved through a very good mixture of theory, practical group exercises and real-life examples and experiences. The value of this course exceeded my initial expections by far. The online format of the course was also very successful. There was definitely a thread running through the event and the selection of topics was sensibly coordinated - yet there was still enough time for questions and/or experiences on the part of the participants in addition to the agenda. All in all very interactive, entertaining and recommendable!

We had a 4-day PM compact course in presence. I particularly liked the balance between theory and practice. The theory was never too long, there was no boredom. The practical exercises showed many stumbling blocks and challenges for consistent project planning.

I would recommend Claas Eylers to others because he is able to combine a very good mix of new content aspects with his own experience in project management to provide valuable impulses for the participants' own work.
He conveys the contents of the training in a very pleasant way, which I could follow very well, and in addition to the theoretical parts he always plans enough time for practical exercises, which help to try out the previously conveyed contents and thus to gain first own experiences.
If we had our own specific questions about a particular situation in our own work/project environment, we were also able to bring these directly into the training and illuminate them accordingly through a joint discussion from different perspectives and with different experiences.

We have booked both the Basic and Advanced Project Management Training with Claas Eylers. The training content is well prepared, very comprehensive and always filled with practical examples and experiences. Also, the common exchange with the other participants was not neglected. After the individual topic blocks, focus-related exercises were always carried out alone or in the group, and participants were also able to contribute their own project content. Individual questions related to the topics were answered well and comprehensively. The tools used for the remote training were well suited. All in all, despite the scope, very entertaining training with a lot of fun and exciting topics that will help us in our future work. Therefore, clear recommendation and many thanks to Claas!

Particularly valuable were the examples from Mr. Eylers' personal wealth of experience, in which the practical relevance of the content taught became obvious. By alternating between theory and practice (group work), the training is always entertaining and varied.

Because the theory phases were not too long, the seminar was never boring.
Although the seminar could only be conducted online, the design of the seminar created an atmosphere that resembled a face-to-face seminar.

I was skeptical at first because of Corona our 3 day training was rescheduled to 2 days online. The course was very good. However, we could have used the third day well. In terms of content, I was very surprised at how well it worked online. I was able to take away a lot for my everyday work. I can recommend Claas without reservation. The training was a lot of fun and we were able to learn a lot!
