Dear Claudia ❤️

Thank you 🫶 for this incredibly emotional and valuable session. I think I just needed to let it all out. We talked about so many things, and your words really hit the nail on the head. I actually already knew a lot of it, but sometimes you just need someone to show you things in a different light and remind you of what’s actually been clear for a long time.

It really moved me and, at the same time, sparked a lot within me. Right after, I started cleaning up my office. And that alone already feels like a small step toward liberation. A little more order, clarity, and breathing room.

I’m taking so much away from our conversation, and I’m truly grateful to you for it. ❤️❤️❤️

Claudia changed my life. Or rather: She helped me change my life on my own.

Six years ago, I participated in the Embody Excellence program. What I learned there about body language and personality types opened my eyes, both professionally as a manager and personally. It also laid an important foundation for the HR aspect of my work.

Later, I decided to pursue one-on-one coaching, primarily to gain clarity on issues from my childhood and learn how to address them as an adult woman.

This year, a major personal change set a lot of things in motion. I worked intensively with Claudia one-on-one for a month and made great strides in the process.

Through Claudia as an educator, I’ve gained a whole new level of awareness of my own capabilities and, above all, my personal responsibility.

Through the one-on-one coaching, I decided to become an entrepreneur and to embrace that role.

And then there was this moment in our last session: I see myself as a radiant, self-assured woman who knows what she’s capable of, what she wants, and where she’s headed.

Ever since the first day of my separation, I’ve been making major decisions consciously, clearly, and with class. Decisions with far-reaching consequences that, at the same time, feel like a resounding “YES” for my future.

Running a business together while going through a personal separation could get pretty messy. For me, it hasn’t. Thanks to Claudia’s fantastic guidance, I’m able to take responsibility, navigate this change with clarity and respect, and at the same time find my true place in my personal life and live up to my full potential.

I can hardly put into words what working with Claudia means for me and those around me.

If you’re ready to truly look in the mirror, take responsibility for yourself, and stop letting your ego call the shots, then Claudia is exactly the right person for you.

And if you think you’ve reached your personal ceiling, Claudia simply lifts the lid again, and you realize there’s so much more possible.

And there was plenty of laughter, too. ❤️

Claudia has had a massive impact on my life!!
Before I came across her mentorship and joined her live sessions , I was a young man who struggled to believe in himself completely , I constantly questioned my abilities and doubted whether I was capable of making a real difference in the lives of others
What Claudia helped me realize was that confidence isn't something you're born with as such it's more something you can build for yourself and that was the game changer for me … the way she encouraged me to think differently, I started to see myself through a completely new lens which what was I really needed without realising it …
Over time, that self belief grew into confidence, and that confidence turned into action which takes me to today….I lead and support a team of over 180 people around the world confidently , before coming across Claudia I had a was only helping less than a quarter of that number which shows that her teaching doesn’t just affect me but those I also come into contact with !!! The biggest transformation isn't the numbers it's the fact that I now genuinely trust myself and my ability to help others grow which I do daily respectfully and humbly.
I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance and the role she's played in my journey. If you're willing to be open, learn, and apply what she teaches, the transformation can and will be be life changing if you let it 💜💜🙏🏾

Claudia is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to mindset coaching. She has a unique ability to dive into conversations that I never even realised I needed to have, helping me uncover and overcome barriers that had been holding me back for years.

Through her guidance, support, and the tools she has provided, I have achieved things I once thought were impossible. After smoking for 16 years, I have finally been able to stop, and I have also remained sober for the past six months—something I had always wanted to achieve but struggled to maintain. The impact her sessions have had on my life has been truly life-changing.

I’ve invested in therapy and personal development over the years, but nobody has ever created the level of awareness, growth, and lasting change that Claudia has helped me achieve. She doesn’t just talk about mindset—she helps you completely transform the way you think, act, and show up in your life.

If you’re considering mindset coaching, courses, or personal development, I cannot recommend Claudia highly enough. The value she brings is incredible, and the positive impact she has had on my life is something I will always be grateful for.

If you’re contemplating whether to join one of Claudia’s mindset calls, don’t hesitate. The only question is whether you’re ready to make a change in your life.

If you’re willing to be open, lock in, and genuinely take on board the advice and guidance she provides, I have no doubt you’ll experience growth in some form. Claudia has a way of making people feel seen, heard, and understood while also challenging them to become a better version of themselves.

It’s not just me who’s experienced life-changing results. I’ve spoken to many others who have attended Claudia’s mindset sessions, and the feedback is always the same—they leave feeling empowered, understood, and equipped with practical tools they can apply to their lives immediately.

The impact she has on people is remarkable. If you’re serious about personal growth and becoming the best version of yourself, Claudia’s mindset calls are an investment in yourself that you’ll never regret.

The one-on-one coaching with Claudia was an absolute blessing for me and so much more than just coaching—it was a real transformation. 🤍 She helped me recognize things within myself, strengthen my mindset, and see situations from a completely new perspective. I not only gained clarity, but also more strength, self-confidence, and stability for myself.

With her approach, Claudia manages to provide exactly the right guidance and truly help you grow. I wholeheartedly recommend this coaching—anyone who wants to invest in themselves and grow personally should have this experience. Thank you for this valuable time! ✨

Dear Claudia,

Even though we’ve only spoken one-on-one on a few occasions, you’ve had an incredibly profound impact on me—probably even more than you realize.

It was especially through your work as a mindset educator on the Jifu platform that I came into contact with topics I had often avoided before—whether consciously or unconsciously.

You have a way of conveying things that isn’t just understandable, but truly triggers something within you.
Not superficial. Not just for the moment.
But thoughts that linger… and begin to take root.

Our conversations deepened exactly that.
You asked the right questions—not to get quick answers, but to really make me think.

Through you, I’ve started to question myself more honestly.
To recognize my own patterns.
To see where I hold myself back—and above all: that I do that at all.

And that was exactly the turning point for me.

It wasn’t one big “aha” moment—but many small, deep realizations that gradually came together.
And suddenly, my inner attitude changed.

I think more consciously today.
I question things more.
And I take responsibility for what’s going on in my head—instead of letting it control me.

What I especially appreciate about you is the calm, clear way you convey knowledge.
Without pressure. Without raising your voice.
But with a depth that truly makes a difference.

For me, this wasn’t a “traditional collaboration,” but rather a process in which you repeatedly guided me toward taking personal responsibility—through your content and through our conversations.

And that is exactly what I am so grateful to you for.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge in a way that truly resonates.

The conversation with Claudia was incredibly intense and shed light on the situation. At first, I sat there looking tired and exhausted, but by the end I was suddenly smiling and beaming.

Claudia took an incredible amount of time, asked the right questions, and immediately knew where to go and what the trigger was. I really appreciate her direct manner and the clarity of her words, especially because it is combined with ease.

At the end of our session, I felt much lighter, clearer, and more positive. It was a single sentence from her that suddenly restored my joy, gentleness, and relaxation to my posture and face. A wonderful feeling. This session had a big impact, and I am incredibly grateful to Claudia for that. 🤍

The session with Claudia was really intense. I was really scared beforehand, and that's exactly what became the topic. That I make myself smaller than I am and don't see clearly who I actually am.

I can hardly describe how many topics fitted into this short time. Claudia is incredibly attentive and present. She notices immediately when something changes, in my posture, my face, my expression. And she addresses it directly, without us having had a conversation beforehand. It's so crazy how easy it was to get to the point.

I am very grateful that I was able to do this session. It was an experience that went deep and will definitely stay with me 💕

I was able to spend two intensive seminar days with Claudia Dalchow at the weekend - body language, communication, the DISG model... and in the end so much more than just a seminar.
They were hours full of clarity, love, insights and honest self-reflection.

Claudia has an extraordinary gift:
She doesn't just see people - she recognizes them.
Her manner is simultaneously gentle, deep, humorous, precise and incredibly graceful.

Thanks to her, I have learned again to understand my own body language and that of the people around me. I have come to understand how much our mental, emotional and physical capacity influences our everyday lives - and how much we are all shaped by our experiences.

Over the past few months, I have not been gracious with others - or myself. I have started to become suspicious and project a lot onto others.
Claudia has opened my eyes:
That I can learn again to speak in love, to be gracious, to listen, to perceive instead of judging.
That everyone is in a certain state - emotionally, mentally, organizationally, physically - and wants to be seen in that state first.

I leave this seminar with more awareness, more empathy, more understanding and, above all, more love.

Thank you, dear Claudia, for your words, your energy, your knowledge and your extraordinary ability to bring people back into their inner alignment.
You have given me back a piece of myself.

An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to grow.

Claudia is truly indescribable. I had a one-on-one conversation with her where I realized so much about my past and also how I can lead and manage my team better. I really recommend her to everyone because she completely changed my perspective on life. I was also able to find out a lot about myself in terms of my feelings and how I think about many things. In my opinion, anyone who learns or can learn from her should and must consider themselves lucky. I felt really safe and secure talking to her, even though I couldn't trust people so easily, I did it anyway because she simply radiates a certain love and happiness that you can't counteract. I am truly grateful to you, dear Claudia, for opening my eyes to many things

Dear Claudia, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the spontaneous coaching session at the event in Vienna - that is really not a matter of course! Thanks to your clarity and intuition, I was able to take immediate action, find my professional direction and let go of old burdens.
