Thanks to Ms. Gund, I no longer associate the topic of applications and job interviews "only" with stress. Thanks to her, I can go into the application process motivated and more confident and this lets me look confidently into the future!
One or the other may be a little skeptical at first, whether an application coaching in a group could be less effective than an individual coaching. However, having had one-on-one application coaching with someone else 2-3 years ago, I can say with a clear conscience that this is not the case. Because I did not leave my one-on-one coaching - as I said with another person - with increased self-confidence, quite the opposite. My one-on-one coaching at the time made me feel ashamed or even like I had to hide. If I claimed that this had not affected me negatively, I would be lying. Coming to terms with my strengths and weaknesses usually ended in despair and, according to my family, even in "self-destruction". It always cost me overcoming, even if I knew that this step was necessary to change.
The two coaching days with Ms. Gund flew by. The days were exhausting, but in a positive sense! I enjoyed the days very much, especially I took away much more than in all the hours of my first coaching 2-3 years ago. Now I finally know how to really analyze a job ad without anticipating a (de)evaluation of my person to the recruiter. But these two days gave me much more than that! Ms. Gund showed me the way to find myself again. To believe in myself and my abilities. She gave me more self-confidence and confidence, which I missed for a long time on my way through life. Through her direct manner, she showed me what really matters, and not only in professional life. Thanks to her tips and exercises, I can continue to strengthen my self-confidence and help me to always have my goals in mind and to fight for them.
Thank you!
