I have lost almost 20 kg in 6 months. Tomasz is incredibly competent and emphatic. He knows exactly what he is doing and how to deal with people so that they achieve their goals. I continue to eat my favorite foods and now know how to make it all work without having to spend hours cooking or doing a lot of exercise. Anyone who is thinking about losing weight should start with Tomasz right away. There is no easier way. Thanks again.

With Tomasz I lost 15kg. Before I started with him, I had a constant mental low, the clothes stretched on my stomach and I felt uncomfortable in my skin. After the initial consultation, it was clear to me that he works completely differently than any other trainer I know. So we jumped right into it. It was incredibly easy to integrate and quickly I lost the first kilos. I feel incredibly fit and my favorite shirts from before fit again. A great recommendation for anyone who wants to lose weight without spending a lot of time and without sacrificing anything.

Losing weight for me was always associated with the thought of renunciation, ravenous appetite, bad mood and pleasure restrictions.

Great concept, terrific coach! I can continue to eat everything I love. With a good meal there's still a glass of wine and I still lost weight! A total of 20kg! Will extend the coaching for another 6 months and now attack a six pack!

Lose weight in a short time, without starvation and without strenuous exercise? Tomasz showed me how to do it. Now I have already lost 15 kilos and I am looking forward to the next workout and walk in the fresh air.

Since the beginning of coaching, I have changed my diet without really giving up and started to exercise regularly. It is much easier than I thought and Tomasz is a great motivator with a lot of empathy. After 10 weeks I have lost 12 kg! The coaching with Tomasz has fundamentally changed my life. I now like to eat healthy and treat myself to shenanigans from time to time. I never had to give up my favorite sweets and still lost an incredible 20 kg in 5 months. The sport is very easy for me and can be incorporated into everyday life without any problems. Losing weight is fun? If someone had told me that at the beginning of the year, I would have laughed out loud. But it's true. I've never had so much fun losing weight, and I've also rediscovered the joy of exercise and sporting things that you don't really like to do. Tomasz finds a solution to everything, so that you never lose sight of your goal. He has everything that makes a great coach and above all makes no false promises.

Coach Tomasz is a competent reliable trainer who takes the success and progress of his clients very much to heart. He was always available to answer questions during the coaching and always checked in with us himself to see how things were going. He always had a solution ready for challenges in everyday life. Through the 30 Day Challenge, I was able to generate valuable knowledge that I can use again at any time to reduce my body fat if I want to.
