A loving, appreciative encounter in which Kerstin made me feel genuinely interested in my issues. Through her attentive guidance, she led me through the EMDR session. Her professional, empathic and warm-hearted manner made me feel very comfortable and safe during my EMDR session with Kerstin. I was able to get deeply involved in the process, through which Kerstin guided me lovingly and very competently. Ms. Maas' open manner made it easy for me to open up. She was very responsive to my issues and allowed me to benefit from her experience. As a result, solutions emerged very quickly. Her questions led to a few "aha" moments for me.
Thanks to her empathy, Ms. Maas was able to sense my mood and responded to it. I always had the feeling that I was valued and that she was genuinely happy about my successes during the coaching.

Your open, approachable and warm manner made it very easy for me to get involved and quickly channel my issues. The personal conversation with you to analyze my current situation and define my personal goals, as well as the explanation of the coaching tools and methods you used (underpinned by their scientific approach) were totally professional and your passion could be felt in every sentence. You responded precisely to my individual needs within a very short time and immediately had an idea, a way to achieve my goal in mind. It is a real pleasure how you shared the cornucopia of your knowledge with me. Your very empathetic manner made it incredibly easy for me to feel safe and to be able to open up. At the same time, the atmosphere was filled with lightness and humor throughout.
