I came to Dr. Arzt on a recommendation. Since my smoking cessation session, I haven’t had any cravings to smoke. Sometimes I still think about cigarettes and wonder why I didn’t try hypnosis sooner. My brother-in-law went there, too, and he’s also become a non-smoker.

It was my first hypnosis session, and it was indescribable. For me, it was more than just quitting smoking. Afterward, I felt so great—it felt like I was practically flying out of the practice in Berlin. Feelings of happiness, freedom—the fact that I no longer have to smoke. The only thought that crossed my mind was that I should start smoking again so I could go back to the doctor and quit once more. It was as if I were basking in positive feelings. I can only agree with the positive reviews. Right after just one hypnosis session with Dr. Arzt, I didn’t care about smoking anymore. I’d tried to quit so many times before, but this time hypnosis worked—and I’ve stayed smoke-free ever since. I’m just so relieved that I don’t have to smoke anymore. Looking back on it now, there really isn’t anything good about it.

I was very satisfied with my hypnosis session. During the preliminary consultation, all the points that were important to me were addressed. These were then incorporated into the hypnosis session and worked through. The staff is very attentive to the needs of patients and clients. I am also very satisfied with the results achieved.
