Ms. Stähli is very empathetic, competent and sympathetic. Since the first session I feel absolutely taken seriously and am accompanied professionally extremely well. I am very grateful that she is my body therapist. Her expertise is broad and she has been able to advise and also help me in many different situations such as menopause, anxiety, fatigue, nutrition, etc. She also checked my lab values and was able to read a lot from them. In addition, she showed me how to optimize my values and thereby also improve my quality of life. It was never a lecture, but always a recommendation. She also gave me numerous helpful tips. I can highly recommend Ms. Stähli!

Damaris works calmly and is extremely experienced. You never have the feeling of being questioned. She works with what you want to entrust to her. I have never felt "lectured" by Damaris, but always well supported and advised. Just yesterday, Damaris was able to almost completely correct my sensitivity restriction (after an operation on my face)... she is (affectionately meant) my "little witch".
