We give five stars to "DER ALARM PROFI" because not only the owner is incredibly on the ball and knows his business incredibly well, but also the surrounding area. Within a week, we had an appointment with us on site to discuss the exact details of the monitoring. We were listened to and everything we wanted was implemented. Volker advised us super well and you feel totally understood and very well taken care of. Three days later everything was installed very professionally by an employee (unfortunately we do not remember the name, embarrassing ...!). From him we also got the briefing on the system, and we understood it immediately. Where can you find someone these days who works so quickly and professionally? We say thank you to the whole team and can recommend "DER ALARM PROFI"!

After the alarm siren did not work yesterday (battery change) I contacted you. As always, you were immediately available and helped me in a friendly manner. Your employee was also available and has already fixed the small error in the afternoon.
