kompetente Ansprechpartner, Reaktion vom Kundenservice immer zeitnah, freundlich und zuvorkommend, nie genervt egal welche Anforderungen anstehen. Wir haben unsere komplette Bürosoft- und teilweise Hardware zu Dersch umgeswitcht und sind bisher sehr zufrieden.

Wir sind nun seit Jahren Dersch-Kunde und sind seit Tag 1 zufrieden! Super nette und kompetente Ansprechpartner. Angefangen hat damals alles mit einem Kopierer, heute betreut Dersch uns "rund-um". Zuletzt ist nun noch die Telefonanlage dazugekommen - wir sind begeistert! Weiter so :)
