I was a little skeptical at first. That's what it's supposed to be now, hypnosis? Really? It's all mumbo jumbo anyway and doesn't help.
But well, after I read Allen Carr, tried it with e-cigarettes, it had not worked in the drastic way and I do not think much of nicotine patches or chewing gum, because I just do not want to satisfy one addiction with another source, the tip of a good friend came quite right. What did I have to lose? It can't get any worse than not working anyway.
And I can say this in advance. It worked! I smoked for over 20 years, more than a pack a day or in monetary terms, burning 7-8€ every day and for over a month I don't smoke anymore, don't even have the craving for it, don't miss it and I really feel so so so so much better.
I get up in the morning without coughing and expectoration of phlegm. I don't need a cigarette with my coffee, beer or before I sleep anymore. I can breathe deeply in and out without a scratchy throat. My clothes no longer stink. I have so much more time for more important things in the day and especially money. But most importantly, it is good for my health.
But about the course itself. Sabrina really has an incredibly sensitive voice, which is why it is easy to doze off in the audio sequences and follow her "instructions". I really liked the suggestion hypnosis the best, at the latest after 5 minutes I was always completely gone or in a trance, you don't really know afterwards.
But also the silent subliminals have probably not missed their effect during the mental preparation phase.
The course is very structured and you should definitely stick to the prescribed sequence because only then success seems pre-programmed. I personally did not use the wallpaper or the workbook in the form suggested by the course, but I still achieved the effect.
In terms of time, you should spend about 35 minutes per day. For the first 7 days, I really used the material intended for the corresponding progress every day. Meanwhile, I listen to the suggestion hypnosis once every 3-4 days, because I simply have no desire, but it is recommended to listen to the hypnosis at least 28 days.
In conclusion, I can recommend this course to anyone who is even thinking about quitting smoking. As I mentioned above, I have also tried many things before, but only Sabrina's course was successful.
Who thinks that if he stopped smoking he would miss something, would not be able to compensate for stress or anything else. Forget it! You will not miss anything! You will not miss anything! You can cope with stress! (Non-smokers can do that, too, and they may never have smoked).
By the way, the money I saved in the first month by not smoking, I invested in a coffee machine for over 500 euros. If you do the math now, you'll see that it doesn't quite add up. But since I still don't smoke and won't smoke, I will very soon have compensated for the vending machine just by not smoking.
