We have bought several cars from Mr. Köhler in Osterode. We are very satisfied with the branch in Osterode. We feel very comfortable there because you are treated not just as a customer but as a person. I would like to personally thank all the employees. They all do a great job and we hope that the staff and the branch will stay that way. We have already referred some customers to Osterode who have only positive things to say. We will definitely stay there and are already looking forward to our next visit for an inspection. Thanks to the DIT Osterode branch.
I am very satisfied overall. However, I am surprised that the invoice includes a free car wash and cleaning of the floor mats, which did not take place. I don't expect my car to come out of the workshop clean. But if it's explicitly mentioned, it should be done... But that's complaining on a high level.
I find the calculation of the "minor inspection" with the spare parts used to be greatly exaggerated. Even minor maintenance work such as checking the air pressure cannot be corrected if the built-in electronics do not allow this to be done manually (yellow indicator light error message) and can only be read out by a specialist workshop.
Unfortunately, once again with DIT due to an accident damage caused by a third party and hit-and-run (caught thanks to a witness!). Claim assigned to DIT, DIT takes care of everything.

The warranty was not on file and I was told to pay the full inspection price. It took me an hour to get the right price. I wasn't even offered anything to drink during the long wait. Unfortunately, customer service has deteriorated a lot and prices have skyrocketed. I will buy my next car somewhere else.
I am very much in favor of employees being paid according to union rates. However, the very high costs result from the very high material prices. Many of them are certainly produced in low-wage factories and charged at a high price because of the brand name. The warranty period is also very annoying, 1 year or 15000 km. For infrequent drivers (pensioners) the 15000km should be valid.
