Doro impressed me with her very competent manner, her experience and her absolute warmth. She implemented the training for more presence and impact wonderfully in a small group with a lot of joy, humor and a great feel for the topics of all participants. The group harmonized perfectly with each other and we were able to work on our topics together, put Doro's input into practice in front of the camera and improve enormously over the course of the two days. Doro made me and everyone in the group grow in a wonderful way with her patient and warm manner. I am so happy with the content and the training and glad to have done this training with Doro. She is an absolute heartfelt recommendation and impresses with her heart and expertise. Thank you very much for that.

I already knew Doro Plutte from YouTube and from stories told by my lecturer during my studies, who was trained by her. Her manner and expertise inspire me personally when I prepare for stage appearances and presentations. This includes her methodology (e.g. AIDA) but also her understanding of inner attitude, which she repeatedly emphasizes both in the seminar I attended and in her book. I have been able to learn and apply much of this over the past 8 years, at major events (moderating the main event with 5,000 - 10,000 participants) but also in my work as a regular speaker in front of groups between 5-250 (of different ages and contexts). I am more than grateful to Doro Plutte for what I was able to learn from her and I was delighted to be able to meet her in person (at the beginning of the year) at one of her seminars. Thank you very much, Doro!

Doro Plutte moderated a cooperation event for us on the topic of company succession. She did an excellent job of coordinating with virtually three clients. She led us through the evening in a very charming and at the same time stringent manner, so that we stayed on schedule and at the same time were able to enjoy the contributions with great calm.
She moderated the panel discussion very sensitively, creating an atmosphere of trust that encouraged the panel participants to make very authentic contributions.
A highly professional moderator who takes her work very seriously, prepared excellently and thus gave us a highly inspiring event.

Doro was with us today in Wiesbaden. We made really cool progress in a small group. She integrated us very well into the agenda and also responded spontaneously to our requests.

What can I say, I was thrilled with the training! Lots of helpful tips that show their effect in practice.
