I have been using Janine's training for my team for some time and have now also booked her as a business coach for myself. I was faced with a difficult professional decision and simply didn't know which way to go. When I came to Janine, I was completely emotionally overwhelmed and had the feeling that I couldn't control my emotions at all. Through the coaching and training offered by Janine, however, I learned that I am not just helplessly at the mercy of my emotions and that I don't just have to accept them in every situation. It was explained to me how my emotional outbursts come about in the first place and how I can deal with them, or how I can change them in the future through further training.
I only had 3 hours of coaching and I certainly have a long way to go to be able to control my emotions much better in the future. However, these 3 hours were the perfect start for me and an enormous motivation to continue working on the topic and have given me great hope for improvement.

I went to see Dr. Hagen to better understand my emotional motivations and make better decisions in my professional and personal life. I often put my own preferences on the back burner and only realized this at a later stage. Just a few coaching sessions were enough to recognize the fundamental connections and resolve them to such an extent that I was able to optimize my evaluation and action patterns - a great feeling. Scientifically sound, at eye level, full of constructive empathy - within a few weeks, Janine not only solved my writer's block, but also tackled a whole range of problems and insecurities that could have saved me many hours with half-hearted psychotherapists. Janine accompanied me through a difficult time, both personally and professionally, and responded to my issues and changing situations in a very individual, motivating and absolutely professional manner. I contacted Janine because I realized that I have an idea of what I want my life to look like, but I can't seem to take the steps to make it happen. The thought "You are not (good/smart/beautiful/etc.) enough" and the feeling associated with it often made me not even start or give up after a short time. We dissolved this belief within one session. In doing so, we dealt with my inner critic and transformed the way she communicates with me. As this session was the first time I had consciously recognized all my inner parts in my mid-30s and I was so enthusiastic about the effect, I started ego-state work with Janine. In a total of five further sessions, I got to know my inner squad and transformed my relationship with each of them. The result is indescribable. I am complete and now think and feel the way I have always wanted to. I knew before that true happiness lies within and not without, but I never found the way there. Janine showed it to me and I am so infinitely grateful to her for that. In our sessions it clicked so often - but not in my head, but in my heart. And although I no longer have the feeling that I need anything on the outside, my life is also improving on the outside - partly because I am now getting into the groove, partly as if by itself or through a different energy. I can wholeheartedly recommend working with Janine. Knowing my inner self and letting it work for me instead of against me is so powerful!
