Dr. Klees Akademie

I am currently completing the last third of the online TSPT training at the Aufwind Institute of the Dr. Klees Academy. Since the beginning of the training, every meeting of the course units has been exciting and very informative. This makes learning fun! I have been consistently impressed by the professional, methodical structure of trauma-sensitive couples therapy developed by Dr. Katharina Klees. Clear, predetermined structures, framed in scientifically sound knowledge, the "first class" roadmap for couples and therapists! Emotional entanglements can be cleared up transparently and purposefully with these methods.

I personally find Katharina's gift of tirelessly, lovingly, interestingly and spontaneously implementing ideas and visions fascinating . Networking and motivating people is a sign of strength and vocation for me. The focus of the training, "Trauma-sensitive couples therapy", lies in recognizing the basic principles in relationship dynamics. The terrible wounds from childhood consequently have an effect on the relationship. It is important to learn and understand this! As accompanying professionals, we are provided with extensive tools that are integrated in the course of the therapeutic accompaniment and made available to the couples as self-help. This enables them to recognize complex relationships and heal the wounds from their childhood. This puts an end to painful crisis dynamics.

I would especially like to thank you both, Janina and Petra. You are the absolutely valuable " backup team" . Always there for questions...

For anyone who is interested in self-development and feels called to accompany people and couples with a trauma background, this training is a "MUST". Not only for professionals, but especially for affected couples, it is an opportunity to heal childhood wounds and transform them into a loving partnership.

I am of the opinion that the topic of trauma must be a high priority in our society and that more and more people are becoming aware of it. My appreciation and respect goes to you, dear Katharina, and to all people who feel called to walk this path.

The concept has a solid foundation. Anyone who sticks to the methods and internalizes them will experience a radical improvement in their relationship. Without TSPT, we would probably be separated today.

Some of the videos were not good.
I rate the concept as very good and helpful with a
very well structured layout.
Different words are sometimes used for concepts, which causes confusion.
U found the Aufwindhaus very helpful in our process.

With the methods of Trauma Sensitive Couples Therapy I can achieve good results. They give me a structured therapy concept within which I can develop my individual therapist personality. This means that I can be completely myself and continue to develop.
The learning atmosphere is pleasant and cordial. We try out all methods directly. We experience them on ourselves. As a result, I feel the effects and possibilities of the methods within myself and have quickly internalized many of the tools.

I learned an incredible amount in this course. The pace and depth was sometimes too much, especially for us as a couple, to handle straight. We are still continuing to work now that we have completed the course. As a couple, I would definitely recommend doing couples therapy in parallel so that the issues/emotions that came up in the course can be caught and worked on more deeply. Otherwise, all the issues that you open up and learn to work on in the course have great explosive power, because holding this abundance of emotions, memories and interconnections of the past and present, as well as becoming aware of your own patterns yourself when you become aware of them, is very difficult.

The seminar was very substantial and has a lot of potential to change your own patterns and to become aware of your own imprinting glasses. Whoever books it should consciously take time to be able to tackle the steps. It can be life-changing.

I learned a lot about my part in our difficult couple relationship. The confrontation with myself in this context was very enlightening and healing, for which I am very grateful! Where I did not cope well is that as a "layperson" I had little to no professional help. I would have needed support and more time to process. It was also said beforehand, only unfortunately, as I said as a layman, I can not really estimate what comes in the course on me.
Nevertheless, I am very grateful that this work exists and I am convinced that there is more peace in the world, the more people can work through their trauma!!!

This feedback refers to a specialist day on sex therapy of about 6 hours with 23 participants. As I had already experienced the seminar on the trauma house concept in the rooms of the Aufwind Institute, I can agree that the smaller group and the accompaniment by the assistants was more familiar and catchy when working with the methods than in the large group.

I found the insight into sex therapy very interesting and also understandable. The work with the methods could have used some guidance or perhaps a paper with the legend.

The sentence "where couple therapy ends, sex therapy begins" I understood through this professional day. The sexuality as a sensitive area for the personal issues became very understandable to me.

In the Aufwind Institute with Dr. Klees, couple therapists learn and apply an incredible number of helpful tools for their work with couples - embedded in the wonderful concept of the Traum(a)haus, which has already helped so many couples to resolve conflicts and find peace with and understanding for each other. Therapists learn for life here. Last weekend my husband and I participated in a body therapy seminar. The focus here was on the self-development of the therapists. The atmosphere was warm and clear and through the wonderful leadership of Dr. Klees the group shared deep processes of the participants. Corrective experiences could be made and many steps could be taken. In her seminars there is always an increase in consciousness in the direction of understanding, appreciation and integrity. I can highly recommend the seminars with Dr. Katharina Klees. She and her team accompany couple therapists wonderfully - with training, supervision and seminars.

Many years ago I had a severe marriage crisis and got Katharina Klees recommended through friends. That was a real lucky day. Not only did I manage to save my marriage and family, but our whole life changed for the better as a result. I was so thrilled that I went on to train with her and even have my own practice today.
