The training at Sol was fantastic.

Above all, I was looking for a training course that imparted up-to-date, well-founded knowledge and summarized it in tangible methods and tools - Sol's training more than fulfilled this requirement. She also always encouraged us to critically examine the teaching material or new findings, which I think is great and very important. This attitude inspires independent thinking and further training even after the training.

A second point that influenced my choice was how well you can internalize the content you learn instead of just memorizing it. I am therefore very happy with how practical Sol has made the training. During the twelve months, I always had the opportunity to practice everything in coaching sessions and was able to observe and analyze numerous conversations afterwards. I am super happy about this and feel very confident in the methods I have learned.

Sol herself was always on hand with expert advice and support and patiently and lovingly guided us through every topic, no matter how difficult. The structure of the entire training was super clear and structured; I felt picked up and well informed at all times.

Finally, I would particularly like to emphasize Sol's appreciative, warm manner. Coaching training is also coaching, because you develop so much in the process. Sol guided us through the highs and lows of these twelve months with great sensitivity and always had loving and empowering words for each participant. Every single dive was a celebration for me.

I highly recommend the Female Empowerment Coach training to anyone who wants to make more of themselves and their lives. The instructor Sol creates an incredibly warm space in every single session for all the women who attend. With humor, knowledge and ease, she teaches wonderful tools and methods that you can use for yourself as well. The practical component is high and there are so many opportunities to bring in your own challenges as practice cases, so you get free personal coaching sessions in addition to the training. There is no comparable training on the market. It is the best thing that could have happened to me last year!

The training was structured, appropriate, challenging and extremely practice oriented.

The training was definitely the right decision. Sol always found just the right mix to get us out of our comfort zone, but at the same time not to overwhelm us. The group composition was also perfect, which meant that we all grew together personally during the year and were able to expand our coaching competencies enormously. I especially liked that we worked with test clients at the end to write the final report. This allowed us to apply what we had learned and find ourselves in our coaching roles. My test client booked me right after the test coaching and training ended. I am incredibly grateful that my paths have led me to this training. Sol is a great woman, mentor, trainer and supervisor. She made me rethink in her training and showed me models in practice that I previously only knew from theory. I had high expectations and was not disappointed.
