I took the Female Empowerment Coach training with Sol and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The training was exactly as I wanted it to be. It not only includes a lot of theoretical input, but also offers the possibility of practical application - both in the regularly held diving sessions, as well as in the associated tasks. I find the tools and practices selected by Sol, some of which I developed myself, super useful and they are now an important part of my work as a coach. My clients are also enthusiastic about them.
An absolute highlight for me was the training group, which Sol put together in such a way that it provides a safe framework to open up in. Because the training is not only a training to become a certified coach, but also a year of personal development.

The training was definitely the right decision. Sol always found just the right mix to get us out of our comfort zone, but at the same time not to overwhelm us. The group composition was also perfect, which meant that we all grew together personally during the year and were able to expand our coaching competencies enormously. I especially liked that we worked with test clients at the end to write the final report. This allowed us to apply what we had learned and find ourselves in our coaching roles. My test client booked me right after the test coaching and training ended. I definitely owe this to Sol and her great coaching tools that are incredibly effective and make me feel confident in working with clients. It was one of my best decisions to take the Female Empowerment Coach training with Sol. I had an incredible time learning in a small group with great women supporting each other. The pace of learning, the learning materials and the diving sessions were right up my alley. I am incredibly grateful that my paths have led me to this training. Sol is a great woman, mentor, trainer and supervisor. She made me rethink in her training and showed me models in practice that I previously only knew from theory. I had high expectations and was not disappointed. What I would have liked is that the year does not go by so fast ;-)

Sol is an incredibly professional and at the same time incredibly sensitive woman. She conveys the knowledge in her videos as well as in the divings in an understandable way, attaches importance to the fact that her trainees also know how to apply what they have learned and convinces with her calm, level-headed manner.
I would do this training again with Sol at any time. What you learn in her training professionally, about yourself and for life in all situations, is not to be upgraded in money.

As a coach with many years of experience and countless advanced trainings, I can absolutely recommend this training. If you are looking for a coaching training in which you learn "what" you do as a coach "how" and with which you can then also achieve real results with your coachees, then you are absolutely right in this training! The training offers a very successful mixture of important psychological background knowledge, well prepared, easy to understand and a very practical transfer into the actual work as a coach. Methods and tools that can be easily applied and have a great effect on the coachee. In many other expensive training courses I have often experienced that a lot of knowledge was imparted, but at the end the question remained: What do I do with it now? Sol succeeds in conveying the many topics and transferring them into methods in such a way that you as "new coaches" can work with them immediately.

I'm actually a lawyer and I'm prejudiced in the sense that content for me must first and foremost be structured and condensed, no unnecessary accessories please. Last but not least, the training should take place in a pleasant and appreciative atmosphere. Were my criteria met? Not only that, they were exceeded by far! At the end of the training, I felt very well equipped for upcoming coachings, also due to the many practical exercises. In addition, the entire training is also a small journey to oneself.
Conclusion: more than recommendable!

I knew I wanted to do a coaching education and searched for a while for a provider that suited me until I found Sol. Here my gut feeling was right from the start and with the preliminary conversation and each diving I was more enthusiastic and sure that I had chosen a wonderful coaching training.
Today, I can prepare specifically to create the necessary framework for coaching, have come to know and love an incredible number of interlocking methods, and am grateful to have learned with and from such cool, diverse gals. I feel like I can tie what I've learned very well to what else I've learned in my life, because the coaching training really helped me tie it all together.
Overall, I felt that the framework was much more than a coaching training: it was coaching training, mastermind and mini business coaching all in one for me. I also grew incredibly personally during this time!

I think the content is mega because it's so practical, so we can start running now. I feel very well trained with this. No superfluous theory and yet it goes incredibly deep with the tools. Sol, the instructor is "walk the talk" for me. She is the personification of Female Empowerment and Appreciation for me. I don't think I know anyone more appreciative than her. The training group is also a highlight for me. Although we hardly know each other, I can feel what connects us deeply. Through the training I have found my true identity and feel that I have arrived exactly where I want to be and where I am right.

I am incredibly grateful and happy to have booked the training, because at the beginning I didn't quite know what Female Empowerment was and how to set up a coaching. I was still in my infancy. And today I can set up a complete coaching - almost no matter what topic a woman comes to me with. My confidence today is not comparable to what it was before I started the training. Today I am so confident and also firmly believe that I can help women. Among my personal highlights is my instructor, Sol. She is human and competent. I couldn't have chosen a better instructor. For me, the training has been worth it a hundred thousand times over and it has been worth its price ten times over.
