After reading numerous time management books, I consider this book to be the best tool for visualizing the principles and tools in a compact form and putting them into practice.

Finally a book that is to the point in terms of content. Short yet informative, engaging and not boringly written. It's really fun to read and I definitely don't like reading.

The book indeed kept what it promised at the beginning, namely to present an overview of proven methods, condensed to the most necessary. From this it is possible to work out the best methods and work more efficiently and it was honest, the main work lies with oneself.
The book offers everything you need to start your own/better time management. Before getting down to the nitty-gritty, first read the preceding chapters (do not skim) and internalize them. And for the beginning, adopt the presented methods 1:1. You will quickly notice whether it helps you personally. If necessary, adapt, try out again, etc. Very important: keep at it!
