Selling our apartment was quite difficult for us, as we were very attached to it.
However, for reasons of age, we had to take this step and find something barrier-free.
Ercan advised us extremely competently and took all the hassle away from us right from the start.
He was not only able to sell our apartment at a very good price, but also found a suitable barrier-free apartment for us. Therefore, we can recommend Ercan with a clear conscience!

Mr. Avci is very, very competent and always very very nice.
He stood by me at all times with advice and assistance in the sale of apartments, even outside normal "office hours" . I can recommend Dream & Realize real estate to anyone, because in this industry to find honest and reliable people is rather the exception. With Mr. Avci you get the whole package included!
Common meal after the notary appointment, is absolute hammer.
