Due to the time limit of 1.5 hours, it was sometimes only possible to convey approaches and initial ideas during the training. That was definitely helpful. If necessary, I will continue my training on individual approaches.

Above all, you should consume lots of antioxidants so that the free radicals (oxidants) are contained. In addition, have your eye pressure measured regularly and go to the ophthalmologist every 2 years for a check-up.
