I completed the startup coaching program with Kristina, and I’m glad she guided me as I took my first steps toward self-employment.

When I started the coaching, my business idea wasn’t fully thought through yet—in many ways, it was just a rough idea of where I wanted to go. Kristina helped me organize my thoughts, flesh out my ideas, and develop them step by step into a concrete concept.

Her support was especially valuable when I was drafting my business plan. Together, we fleshed out my startup plan step by step, laying the groundwork for my application for the startup grant—which I was subsequently approved for 🎉😊

Even after the actual coaching sessions ended, I was still able to turn to Kristina with questions, which helped me a lot, especially during this transition phase.

I’m glad that the first step is behind me, and I’m excited to see where this goes next 😊

I was immediately impressed by the solution-oriented approach and the positive spirit of the team. From the very first moment, I felt optimally accompanied and supported. I was particularly impressed by how flexibly and spontaneously the coaching could be implemented - that was a real plus point for me in my situation. There was very good communication and everything was taken into account and included in the business plan for the bank and the employment agency. If you have any questions, you can always turn to the contact person, very helpful. I can recommend to anyone who is also looking for a partner for the creation of the business plan and advice, with AVGS or without!

When I was looking for information about the start-up grant, I came across Econoomy on Google.
I already had a lot of questions, especially because I had already founded a sideline business.
So I decided without further ado to call Econoomy, Ms. Roth was able to answer all my questions within a few minutes.
For the extensive documents (especially the business plan), which one needs for the start-up grant, I needed help and signed up for coaching.
Lukas then contacted me to clarify the formalities.
In the further steps I applied for an AVGS at the employment agency and could start with Lukas at short notice.
The 1 to 1 coaching took only 4 weeks and was very well structured.
Lukas helped me to create a customized business plan and at the end he prepared all the documents with me so that I could submit them for the start-up grant.

After 3-4 weeks, the time had finally come and I had the approval notice in my online mailbox.
Now I can get started with my startup without any financial pressure.

Thank you very much for the fast and uncomplicated support!
