In order to make a new start in working life, I wanted everything to be perfect and got support from Starthilfe. I got a very nice colleague at my side, Ms. Sophie Maidhof. After the first phone call the ice was broken, she realized all my ideas and put them on paper. Even small changes were implemented immediately. And what can I say? Of course I got the job. I would like to set up an outpatient care service and have applied for a start-up grant from the employment agency, initially without any advice. A very competent company. Good and open customer interaction. The advice is plausible, honest and always friendly, and all questions are answered in the best possible way. I can only give my consultant Justine Kollay top advice in all areas. She really always had an open ear, calmly and patiently explained everything and answered every question. Mrs. Reinfrank knows what they are doing! Not even 2 months from contact to the commitment of a founder loan. Very good, detailed business plan that convinced everyone!
