The transmitter of the FDS 100 radio air extraction control was defective after two and a half years. The damage was repaired immediately and as a gesture of goodwill. Sent away on Monday, back on Friday and immediately ready for use again. Top!

A Schabus circuit breaker for an extractor hood was installed in our kitchen by the kitchen fitter or electrician. After a battery change, there was a malfunction.
To avoid going through the kitchen fitter, I spontaneously called Schabus customer service directly to ask for advice. The customer service team was immediately available, super friendly and very helpful - even though I'm not a Schabus customer myself (the purchase was made via the kitchen manufacturer).
I sent in the part in question, was kept informed of the processing status by email and received a fully functional switch back a few days later. Perfect, very uncomplicated service! Absolutely recommendable!

I would like to briefly report on the great service provided by the Schabus team: we have an approx. 20 year old "intermediate device" for undercharging the power supply for the extractor hood - but it has not been used for a while.

After trying in vain to put the appliance back into operation, I called the Schabus service team and was immediately helped in a very, very friendly and competent manner. The appliance is now working perfectly again. Great!

Without any idea, I wanted to fulfill the chimney sweep's requirement and started looking. It has to be approved, hopefully you only buy a new one once in a blue moon. So something good, then everyone is helped. I don't want my house to burn down. You buy cheap twice.
Ordered, unpacked, read through, 20 minutes later it was done. Anyone can do it!
