Having positioned myself as a completely satisfied customer above, I would still like to comment on Mr. Pösselt's personal commitment. Before I decided to go with Energie 360, I had several "consultations", which often only took place online or over the phone. There was also an in-house consultation. I always had the impression that I was being rushed into a decision as quickly as possible. Mr. Pösselt, on the other hand, took so much time during the first consultation that I received patient, extremely friendly and relevant information, no matter how often I asked questions because the context was not clear to me. He did not push me to make an immediate decision, but took the time to answer all my questions during a second visit and also promised that I could contact him at any time and that he would help me to solve the problem. And these were not just empty words! In the end, I chose Energie 360 as a result of these personally positive discussions and was not disappointed on any level. Thank you for the competent support of the whole team!
