Mr. Fröber and the whole team accompanied us excellently from the initial consultation to the realization! Transparent, knowledgeable, very responsive, service-oriented, highly professional. It doesn't get any better than that. And this in times of acute work overload and shortage of specialists - a good solution was always found. We are grateful that we chose enerix Munich at that time for the realization of our PV & electricity storage project - everything went perfectly. Many thanks! Very good, sound advice in all matters, technical, financial with reference to the possible subsidies and also help with general questions about the tax, all questions were clarified in detail. The execution / installation was carried out in the context of the mid-last year prevailing delivery problems and overload of the craftsmen partly faster than predicted and very thoroughly by friendly and consistently competent external companies with which Enerix works together. The "handover" of the plant took place with exact and understandable explanation of all details and our contact person (Mr. Agrusow) is until today always available and very helpful in case of problems or questions.
So you feel comprehensively advised and never left alone, from the beginning there is a pleasant relationship of trust, that is worth a lot.
Many thanks to Enerix and many thanks to Mr. Agrusow!

The advice was excellent and the plant performs more than promised. The craftsmanship is exceptionally good.
Not all deadlines were met, but that was due to the weather and the overload of specialist contractors.
We are satisfied all around.

Aus eigener Erfahrung mit Enerix München Ost, sehr gut beraten durch Jürgen Kastner, war alles super organisiert und die Umsetzung hat sehr gut geklappt sodass meine PV-Anlage mit dem Stromspeicher der Firma Sonnen mit 11 kW Speicher und SolarEdge Wechselrichter und SolarEdge Optimierern seit Beginn fehlerfrei arbeitet. Es macht Spaß das Monitoring auf der App zu verfolgen und sieht wie die Anlage arbeitet und man alles im Überblick und Kontrolle hat. Auch die schwarzen SolarWatt Style Glas Glas Module haben eine tolle Optik als auch zur Freude eine lange Garantiezeit von 30 Jahren. Somit kann ich die Firma Enerix nur weiter empfehlen :-) Viele Grüße Andreas Grimm

Ich war mit der Beratung von enerix sehr zufrieden. Nach erster Nutzung des Services (u. A. Download des sehr informativen PV-Leitfadens) wurde ein Online-Gespräch mit Herrn Andreas Maisberger (enerix München) vereinbart. Dieses Gespräch war sehr umfassend und informativ und es wurde auf meine Belange eingegangen, inkl. Probebelegung des Daches auf Basis von Google Maps. Nach der Beratung wurde mir ein Angebot mit umfassenden Details zu den einzelnen Bauteilen etc. zugeschickt. Ich war parallel mit einer anderen Firma im Gespräch und habe mich letztlich - trotz des günstigeren Preises - nicht für enerix entscheiden. Grund dafür war einzig eine passendere Modulauswahl (Abmessungen) des alternativen Anbieters, die für unser Dach einfach besser passte. Ich war mit der informativen und überhaupt nicht aufdringlichen Beratung von Herrn Maisberger sehr zufrieden. Einzig die Angabe „Made in Germany“ für die PV-Module im Angebot muss ich als negativen Aspekt anmerken, da dies nicht der Wirklichkeit entsprach.

Sehr gute und transparente Beratung von Anfang an. Korrekte und schnelle Ausführung der Installation, sowohl der PV-Anlage selbst wie auch des Speichers.
Und dabei wurde zusätzlich darauf geachtet, daß die Akkus nicht zu lange ohne Netz sind.
Hut ab!
Diesen Weitblick hätte ich mir bei vielen meiner anderen Gewerke während des Umbaus gewünscht.

Unser Enerix-Fachberater war Herr Jürgen Kastner. Es war von Anfang an eine vertrauliche Atmosphäre vorhanden. Die Beratung verlief sehr detailliert und verständlich. Auf Probleme wurde eingegangen und entsprechende Stellen für die Problembehandlung genannt. Dass es bei uns (vorerst) zu keinem Abschluss kam, lag in unserer persönlichen Situation, die von Herrn Kastner auch voll akzeptiert wurde.
