I was pleasantly surprised by both the real estate ad and the exposé. The property was presented in around 50 photos, which actually corresponded to reality. Inquiries in advance were answered promptly and comprehensively.
The viewing with Mr. Fiedler was very professional and he did a great job, all possible weak points were explicitly mentioned and shown. I would like to express my sincere thanks for this, as this is rather the exception in real estate circles these days.

Mr. Engelfried succeeded in brokering a problematic, not yet vacated property in need of renovation within a reasonable period of time.
