The individual coaching helped me a lot

It was clear to me right from the start that Mr. Kunert was not just any coach. With him, I could be myself and put everything that was on my mind - from worries to my big dreams - out on the table. Mr. Kunert has a knack for listening and communicating things in a way that gives you a whole new perspective. Problems no longer seem so huge and you start to think only in terms of solutions. I am really impressed and can only recommend Mr. Kunert to everyone. The team of development agents is also fantastic - professional and always there when you need them. It was an enriching experience that I was able to have here. Working with Mr. Kunert has really made a difference in my life and I am very grateful for that.

The training at the EntwicklungsAgenten was without complaint and a very nice time for me.
The competence, friendliness and expertise of the lecturers, the managing director and the secretary are more than good and if you had problems you could turn to anyone, because everyone had an open ear for you and looked for a solution without biased approach to things.
Therefore, I would gladly give more than 5 stars if that were possible.

I did a 4 month training for the 34a certificate with the development agents and also passed, I was very satisfied with the way of learning, they gave me good advice when I didn't know what to do. Would recommend it to anyone. The development agents, are a great team. keep up the good work. VG.

I was an athlete with Enrico from the age of 5 until I graduated from high school. My time on the Taeguk team had a huge impact on me. It was not only the sport, it was also in some way a school for life. I still draw strength and energy from this whole time in many situations in life. For the whole time I am very grateful and incredibly happy that Enrico is my companion until today!
In the past it was Taekwodo, now it is boxing in competitive sports. No matter if in training, before competitions, on competition day itself and after competitions or just like that. I can always turn to Enrico when I need his support as a "mental coach". He always finds a solution or an approach how to approach/solve certain things. Gives you food for thought and analyzes from different angles, so that you can continue to work on things yourself after the talks. The best part is to see that all the work brings you closer and closer to your dreams and goals.

It was important to me not to visit another 08/15 seminar. But one that gives you a new perspective in this day and age and addresses the cause of the challenges in everyday (work) life. Communication is not only in our everyday work in the first place, but is the key for any work.

A tool that helps to understand the other person (and oneself) better, but also helps to find a suitable solution, is therefore even more valuable. Especially the atmosphere of Enrico's seminar structure was exactly the right thing for us. Our topics were dealt with individually, which in my opinion always results in the greatest learning. We have not only learned for our team, our daily work, but also for ourselves personally/privately.

The coaching helped me not only to find a common thread in the application letter, but to recognize the common thread in the entire application process. The conversations were great and allowed me to master the handling of certain (difficult) situations. The work was a lot of fun, which is why I can only recommend the coaching to everyone.

I started the coaching because it helped my husband in his personal and professional life. I was curious to see what the measure had in store for me.
The STRUCTOGRAM® and an excerpt from the Triogram helped me a lot in the assessment of myself and how I see myself in cooperation with other people.
I now understand why my professional career has worked the way it has and I know how to optimize it in the future so that it works to my satisfaction.
We also completely revised my application documents and took several application photos in the rooms of the development agents. I found this very pleasant because I don't like the uptight atmosphere at the photographer. Mr. Kramer and Ms. Hoppe made the photo shoot and everything else very pleasant and relaxed. Appointments were super agreed and if I was there too early Mrs. Hoppe has loved to drink a coffee or tea with me.
All in all, I can say that individual coaching is very worthwhile.
I did not leave the coaching with a job, but with increased self-esteem, optimal application documents and a contact person if I have a concern that I would like to discuss. I'm sure the job won't be long in coming. Many thanks to Mr. Kramer for the great coaching and to Mrs. Hoppe for the great conversations. :)

At first I didn't want to do this coaching, but then I realized that I really enjoyed it. I can recommend the team of development agents with complete satisfaction. Keep up the good work ☺️👍

I was very satisfied with the training, it included the safety specialist training, fire protection, first aid training, and to top it off, weapons expertise.

I can only say good things about the training itself, the instructors were very well trained and knew what they were talking about.

Also in the personal, human area just top.

You learn a lot about the areas of operation planned for the future and some background knowledge in addition, "nice to know,,.

Also the contact with ex-soldiers was very familiar.

Based on my experiences, I have not experienced much good as a former soldier.

I was told we do nothing, we are nothing and there was rarely any talk of recognition, generally a pity that it is like that in Germany, but never mind that is behind me.

I can only say that I was kindly received and the instructors have a certain (damn good) level of knowledge of human nature, as well as healthy patriotism.


In short, was ne cool training, I had a lot of fun and am also after the training with the instructors in contact, which I appreciate very much and they are me with advice and support.

In conclusion, I thank you again rechtherzlich for the great 6 months, I had ne great time and can only recommend this training.

Since the field is always and everywhere needed, you have very good job prospects afterwards.
