Hello all,

I would best give this company 0 star if it were possible.

Honestly, I doubt that all the advertised jobs even exist.

Pretty unprofessional and unfriendly in my opinion. They call and collect data so they vllt just do something. As for the specific job and the application for it, rather uniteressant. so pure waste of time ;-)

Application process very much in need of optimization.

But as I said, all just my personal experience!

I have been listed on ePunkt with my profile for 4 years now. During this time, I have received many a job proposal. Conclusion: most of the people working there seem to be HR career starters who largely ignore the parameters in the profile - regardless of whether it's minimum salary, professional orientation or location.

There have been countless conversations with the recruiters there about what you are actually looking for, etc.. But you always start from the beginning. Every six months you are courted again, receive 2-3 job applications and then the recruiters disappear again relatively quickly and you hear nothing more. Because it's not immediately the right job, you don't hear anything for months.

Unfortunately, this is not always possible, and the reasons for this can be manifold. Sometimes it is the very specific requirements of our customers, the final decision always lies with the company, but sometimes it is simply because we do not currently have the exact jobs in our portfolio that match the ideas and skills of our candidates. But what we always attach great importance to is the professional handling of all our projects. Due to our size and our recruiters' specialization in certain professional fields, it is our strength to talk to our candidates at eye level and to be an expert in the respective domain. If this was not the case in your case, I would like to invite you to a personal interview, in which you can give me more detailed feedback on the people involved. The start of the search process was very good: a profile was worked out together that could also be realistically fulfilled by candidates according to epunkt. I therefore assumed that the search for candidates would not be so difficult.
Unfortunately, in the course of the very long search process (1 year for a standard position), only a few candidate profiles were submitted, most of which contradicted the minimum requirements in the jointly defined profile.
The candidate found at the end was unfortunately also a failure: the skills listed in the submitted profile were not available in reality. I would wish for a much better examination of the candidates here!!!
