I have been listed on ePunkt with my profile for 4 years now. During this time, I have received many a job proposal. Conclusion: most of the people working there seem to be HR career starters who largely ignore the parameters in the profile - regardless of whether it's minimum salary, professional orientation or location.
There have been countless conversations with the recruiters there about what you are actually looking for, etc.. But you always start from the beginning. Every six months you are courted again, receive 2-3 job applications and then the recruiters disappear again relatively quickly and you hear nothing more. Because it's not immediately the right job, you don't hear anything for months.
