Mr. Gabler responded immediately to my telephone inquiry. In a lengthy telephone conversation, the situation was discussed and recommendations were made. I implemented these, so that an exchange with the other heirs could take place on a factual level. Through continuous, but not intrusive queries, I had the feeling that I was being understood. A positive aspect was that the consequences were presented clearly and the pros and cons were discussed in a comprehensible manner. The points of view of the other party were also included in the final discussion, even though they were not 100% mine. However, this made it clear to me that Mr. Gabler was trying to work out the best of the situation for me and was not based on a financial interest in the consultation. This was free of charge.
