Yasmin gave me wonderful support during the coaching period. With her, I managed to lose almost 7 kg and feel comfortable and happy in my body again. Before that, I had tried for years to achieve my desired figure with various forms of nutrition. In the long run, however, I had problems losing weight in the long term. The recipes and the fitness plan were very personalized and helped me a lot to build healthy habits in the area of nutrition and fitness. Thank you so much for your support, Yasmin!

I am so glad that I found Yasmin and had her on board at the beginning of my journey.
I was at a very difficult point with myself and my body and Yasmin gently and sensitively guided, supported and motivated me in the right direction.
Thanks to this wonderful coaching, I was able to change my lifestyle in the long term without feeling like I had to give up or was overwhelmed. Yasmin supported me at all times and was there to help and advise me.
After just 3 months, I feel healthier, fitter and am more than satisfied with the results I have achieved so far and will continue to live more consciously.

Yasmin is a super friendly and outgoing woman with a lot of knowledge, which she can also convey well. Communication was very easy and fast. The analysis and evaluation were very pleasant. I was able to take away a lot of new things from this one hour and better understand my body and nutrition, and that this is by no means everything. With the metabolic analysis we found out that I probably need more calories than I thought or calculated from the standard formulas. As a result, I was eating too little and couldn't keep it up for long because my body was lacking something. Now that I know that I need to eat more, I'm going for the bacon.

Very flexible Programm, able to adjust based on personal needs, no standardised nutrition plan. Yasmin shows is highly professional and kind. She explained all mechanisms in very simple words which helped a lot in understanding the main issues in our nutrition pattern.

The breathing gas analysis and advice were very informative and helpful for me. I was always very skeptical about counting calories, but Yasmin's explanations motivated me to give it a try in order to get a feeling for my personal consumption. It's really interesting, even if I don't do it 100% every day because I don't want to let it determine my entire everyday life, it has helped me a lot and in combination with the other tips and more exercise, I've already lost a few kilos :-)

I haven't had a good relationship with my body for as long as I can remember. But I had the feeling that no diet or change in diet was really helping me. Then I met Yasmin and went to her for a consultation - we did a metabolic analysis and personal training and I realize how good it is for me. I feel so comfortable and in good hands with her, she explains everything to me in a very clear and understandable way and is still totally professional.
I am totally satisfied and feel so much better in my skin after just a few weeks - thank you so much!

The execution and consultation at the appointment was very professional and friendly. Yasmin took a lot of time. The results were explained to me in detail and my questions were answered. My suspicion that my basal metabolic rate must be very low was confirmed and Yasmin showed me how to improve this. All in all, I am very satisfied and am happy to recommend Balancecode to others.

Reliability, motivation and determination are all attributes that suit Yasmin! I owe her a healthy weight loss of -25 kg and a corresponding positive feeling that is incomparable to anything else. My whole life has changed for the better, my attitude, my view of my body, simply everything. Thank you for the great time so far and I look forward to continuing our journey together!
