We were a bit skeptical at first because of the great distance. We would have preferred to have someone close by so that we could talk to each other in person.
But Mrs. Borchert quickly made us forget our concerns.

A few things went wrong technically, but Mr. Hannemann always stayed on the ball and ultimately guided us through the whole process. We were very satisfied with his work. He was also not responsible for the technical difficulties.
