Wollte heute eine Einohrfreisprechanlage kaufen. Es waren sehr wenig Kunden im Geschäft. Am entsprechenden Verkäuferstand waren 2 Verkäufer die nicht einmal in der Lage waren eine Begrüßung meinerseits zu erwidern. Nach mehreren Minuten warten kam ein Verkäufer. Ich bat Ihm um eine Beratung. Er äußerte nur ich habe nur diese beiden. Auf Nachfrage von mir das dort auch ein drittes Modell liegt, kam auch nur ein gelangweiltes ja. Auch auf die Nachfrage von mir ob er keine Lust hat mich zu beraten und mir einen Artikel zu verkaufen kam auch nur vielleicht einen anderen aber die liefern nicht mehr an uns.
Ich habe das Geschäft verlassen und mir einen Artikel online bestellt, dort war zumindest eine schriftliche Kaufberatung und ich muss nicht extra fahren. Schade wenn dann noch einer sagt man sollte lieber vor Ort einkaufen. Ich habe es zumindest versucht.
