Very good organization. Good examples and practical questions from the participants were always answered satisfactorily.

iIn my opinion, the lecturer does not have to answer the participants' questions immediately. The participants could be encouraged to use their microphone. Then the lecturer would not be so distracted because he would still be following the chat at the same time.

A more than usual number of small errors in the documents made it difficult to review them again, and there were also some formal errors in the test that make you wonder what kind of quality control is in place.

During the test, you are confronted with the message that you have already sent it and have failed. Without having sent anything. Mercifully, you are allowed to start again from the beginning, great cinema.

I always thought von Fürstenberg's appearance was outstanding. Quite a disenchantment. The "yes" in the recommendation is only there because of the assumption that it can basically be better.

The seminar was of high quality and the lecturer was fully on topic. In terms of organization, I would like to see the chat divided into two areas: 1) for content-related / technical discussions and questions and 2) for organizational messages, e.g. attendance queries. The attendance queries or the answers to them "clutter" the chat and as a participant you lose sight of the technical questions.

Prof. Ebers is very competent and presented the complicated subject matter clearly and comprehensibly in the relatively short time available. Perhaps a little too much theory at the beginning, which he made up for with the practical example case at the end. Suggestion: Address the practical case earlier and use the example case to demonstrate the respective legal problems.
