In my opinion, Part 3 : the (new) corporate law for lawyers was dealt with in excessive detail; instead, I would have liked to have dealt with the topic of office organization (more9). It might also make sense to swap the order . Client relationship before professional duties, but the previous order was also okay. Many thanks for the good event!

I found it good that we had/have a fixed contact person with Mrs. Heuermann, who has always been easy to reach so far. The hotel on site could have been even closer to the train station and dining options. The only bakery in the vicinity for lunch was closed on Saturday. Otherwise it was good, had a working gym and the staff was very nice. The instructor and lecturer were great. They made the lectures interesting, pushed very competently and had a good lecture style, so it was really successful to listen from morning to night and stay with it in my mind. Overall, I am already looking forward to the next face-to-face seminar in January.

Very pleasant lecture style of the lecturers, optimal mixture between the basics of the field of law and the upcoming developments and special features. The seminar is therefore interesting for both prospective specialist lawyers and specialists; but also for the more generally active lawyer, this seminar offers the advantage that one can keep the legal field well in view and thus make it tangible through the combined structure described.

The slides weren't that great (so purely in terms of design - blank pages, cut off slides, etc) - also in terms of sources, only one was from 2022, so I wonder if the "refresher" was really red-hot!?

Personally, the seminar was too foundation-heavy for me, since I personally don't have much to do with it, or my clients usually don't have the necessary assets for this to make sense. What I would like to see is the topic of cooperatives. I am often approached by clients, but so far I have had no other point of reference and could not advise on this.
