State-of-the-art technology paired with terrific customer friendliness round off the overall picture of my absolute recommendation. The pick-up began at the front door in a really beautifully furnished ambience. The staff were friendly, polite, very competent and extremely humane. The service provided was explained and carried out in detail. I even noticed results after the first treatment.

Personally, the consultation for back and shoulder hair removal was too long and far too detailed. I'm not interested in the individual phases of hair growth. Ten minutes would have been enough for me. So simply: this is what we do, this is the result, these are the risks, this is the price.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am only now giving you my feedback,
because I wanted to wait at least a week for the results of my treatment.
Making the appointment was great. I got an appointment the day after I called you.
The welcome and the consultation were very nice and professional!
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the result of the IPL treatment because there are still a lot of veins; I have always been to DMK before and all the veins were removed in one session. Unfortunately, the colleague is no longer allowed to carry out the treatment due to legal changes and I paid 50 euros for a treatment there, but you pay three times as much, which wouldn't bother me at all if I was satisfied with the result!
Perhaps it would be possible to carry out another free treatment as a gesture of goodwill so that I feel comfortable in my own skin.

I can only recommend the specialist center for aesthetics in Köpenick.
The information on the homepage in advance was great and the first consultation was very good. So you could get an idea beforehand without any obligations and without having to pay anything. At no point was it intrusive or unpleasant.

The first laser treatment was great. I was informed at all times about what was happening and everything was explained to me in detail. There were also tips and tricks for afterwards. And during the process we had good conversations and everything was very pleasant.

All in all, a great team and the practice itself makes a very neat and professional impression.

Thank you for that and keep up the good work. I am very satisfied and would be happy to recommend you to others.
