Especially appealed to us that there was immediately a personal understanding contact , no waiting with with the usual farewell sentence " we'll get back to you ... " which often does not happen.
Promte feedback, rapid appointments & processing, and with dedicated employees on site, who were also always available for our questions &just no answering machines. Professional accompaniment on terrain that was completely foreign to us.
Our personal concerns & needs were taken seriously .
We have shortly found our dream apartment for rent.

We have handled two projects with Mr. Lütkebohmert: first the purchase of the new residential house, a difficult business, because the previous owner lives in Thailand and could not travel to Germany for the sale. Thus, the transaction was handled through the embassy in Bankok. Nevertheless, due to the commitment and the very good support of Mr. Lütkebohmert, the negotiations could be completed to our fullest satisfaction.
Then the sale of our previous property was also carried out by Mr. Lütkebohmert. We felt particularly relieved by his commitment during viewing appointments and sales negotiations. We were very well advised by his calm, level-headed and competent manner. Moreover, a very good result could be achieved.
