I find your approach refreshing and purposeful, I am curious to see what happens next. The summary of the pit stop was very successful and has picked me up. However, it also shows that there is still a lot of work ahead. One's own intuition is not always the accurate course in every situation and for every colleague.

For me, "the circle without a name" means the invitation to a space into which I enter my personal concerns, whereby I receive an often surprising, inspiring resonance in the free play of associations and feedback from the other guests of the "circle". It is exciting to follow how the different topics link, complement or develop in interaction with each other. The sensitive attention and the light, intuitive guidance of the "circle" by the two hosts make this round a valuable instrument for reflection and the generation of new impulses.

In the circle without names, I can take a look at topics that occupy me - and let my gaze wander further to the topics of the other participants. Our stories meet, sometimes they interweave. The hosts hold and accompany this process with relaxed presence and on occasion casually pick up a thread to offer it for further weaving. A great setting to take a step back and clean your own lens a bit.

The circle without a name is a very special field in which I can perceive myself and more easily trace the themes that I bring with me. For me, the focus is particularly on the art of the moment. I feel heard and supported, and the sharing in the circle happens at eye level. Here I experience a level of trust that comes without judgment and strengthens my own sincerity towards myself.
