This is the third time we have commissioned Fensterkonzepte Schulze to work on our house. Unfortunately, the large window pane initially supplied was slightly defective. Our complaint was then dealt with quickly and positively and a new pane was installed professionally and carefully. Once again, the cleanliness of the construction site and the friendliness of the employees were particularly noteworthy.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, we were very satisfied with the service. Even a small mishap during the work was dealt with/repaired promptly and without complications. In detail: Agreed was from Monday to Friday 14 windows including roller shutter boxes with electric shutters and new window sills to exchange from old to new. In advance, has worked great!
The installers arrived every day on time with material and motivated at our house. Despite the additional exchange of the boxes and the window sills, the dirt was manageable and much less than feared. We had covered our furniture, which we had distributed in the house, attic, garage and partly on the spot with foils, which was worthwhile, but the installers also covered the floor with tile and used their own foils in addition. The implementation was precise and no damage occurred despite the extensive work. Due to the good atmosphere, our nerves were also not strained beyond the expected tension.
Overall, the selection of materials after the good consultation was as high as the implementation by the entire team.

High quality windows, a door in the entrance area and a sliding door system in the terrace area were recommended and installed. The entrance door is also convincing in design and quality. With regard to planning and execution of the work, deadlines were strictly adhered to. The team worked carefully and cleanly. The cooperation with the team was extremely friendly and very pleasant.

From planning to execution, everything went smoothly. The windows and patio doors were replaced during "ongoing operation". The work was done carefully and cleanly. Here were still real craftsmen in use. The deadlines agreed in April were met precisely in September. Also the, in the apron not to be expected, connection work was accomplished in time. From the first conversation with Mr. Schulze to the clean and competent installation by Mr. Schmidt, Mr. Belloma and Mr. Bechtel, I am more than satisfied. In spring, new windows were installed in our house by the Schulze company. The work was carried out conscientiously. Every single employee knows his trade and carried out the individual work steps to our complete satisfaction. The work was carried out cleanly. Since they took place in our occupied house, care and consideration were very important to us. At no point were we disappointed. The staff showed themselves willing and accessible to explain procedures and processes. We were very impressed with the personal consultation provided by Mr. Schulze and his daughter beforehand.

looking for a new front door, we have found with you very good company that has inspired us. One does not find very often in this time. Already at the 1st appointment in the new exhibition the very competent appearance of Mr. Schultze and his daughter convinced us.
