Exceptionally good service. From the first conversation to the last step in the sales process, Finestep is at the customer's side, providing information about all processes on a very regular basis.
Even the exposé was created with absolute care, the pictures were not taken with a cell phone but by a professional photographer.
I can only give my absolute recommendation, especially in the current difficult times for real estate purchases and sales, you have a perfect partner at your side with this estate agent.

Very very satisfied,
Mr. Pommerenke is a very nice, funny and helpful person.
Had a lot of patience with us and has answered every question.
The tour of the property was very fun with Mr. Pommerenke.
I can only recommend FINESTEP Immobilien GmbH from the bottom of my heart. From us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and even more if it would go.

I was personally looked after by the managing director at Finestep. The concept consists of a service package that includes everything necessary for the real estate seller. It starts with the renovation of the property, continues with the staging and ends with obtaining information from the property management and for example handing over the keys. In my case, the Finestep agent even took part in an owners' meeting to set important things in motion in connection with the sale.
Everything went completely smoothly. I was regularly and closely informed about the progress.
Finestep successfully sold two apartments for me in the old town of Wasserburg. There are no suggestions for improvement from my side. The project was perfectly implemented

Mr. Pommerenke gave me an extremely comprehensive and extremely friendly video tour of the apartment I had requested in Wasserburg, followed by a guided tour of the town. So that I could get a perfect picture of the location, surroundings and cut of the apartment. A most pleasant and patient consultation was part of the tour. I am pleasantly surprised how courteously and without pressure the apartment was shown to me and hope for a further good cooperation with Finestep and Mr. Pommerenke in the future to find the right property for me.
