As a beginner, it feels like you have 1000 questions and yet no idea. We found out about the store through a Google search. After the first phone call, it was clear that the trip to Erlangen would be worthwhile. We are now the proud owners of a saltwater aquarium. -And, it's running.....thanks to the good advice from Mr. Fischer-no blabla-meant honestly.

I had several contacts with Fischer's Riffgrotte regarding my online order. No matter who was on the phone, I always received very polite and competent advice. The delivery was smooth and well packaged. What I found particularly positive was that my cell phone rang shortly before shipping and I was informed that there was an animal that did not make a stable impression and that they would rather not ship it. I think it's good when animal welfare is more important than sales. Thank you very much

I came across this great specialist store by chance on the Internet!
The delivery of the order was perfect - a real feast for the eyes now in my tank!
But the phone calls with the owner, the advice, the exchange were the best thing for me! People work here with heart and mind, with an enormous wealth of experience and a great love of marine aquariums!
Highly recommended!!!!
It's a pity that I come from the Heidelberg area and that the Riffgrotte is not around the corner - nevertheless, a new, happy customer has been won here!

The shipment arrived as agreed, despite the outside temperature of 0°C, the temperature in the transport container was still a good 20°C. The (azooxant-bright) coral was well developed and vital and responded immediately to the food offered. Customer contact with the staff at "Riffgrotte" was friendly and prompt. To cut a long story short: Everything was completely satisfactory and highly recommended!

I ordered 4 fish, a few snails and a sea urchin. All the animals arrived alive. One dwarf perch arrived a bit weakened and I didn't think it would survive, but after hiding for a week it is now swimming happily through the tank. On a positive note, the packaging was cardboard and not a styrofoam box like other sellers. Everything worked great and everything arrived well and quickly, gladly again.
