I started training with Laurin more than 2 years ago and I have to say that the results are still visible and noticeable. Even though my everyday life is no longer as training-intensive as it was during the 12 weeks with Laurin, the healthy lifestyle and the desire to exercise have remained.
Laurin has helped me to pack a great training "suitcase", from which I can put together my own training sessions that can be adapted precisely to my needs and my sometimes stressful daily schedule. Fit works, with Laurin!

Laurin has helped me make more progress in just a few months than I did on my own in the years before. The coaching always takes place at eye level and with a lot of empathy. My only criticism is that I no longer have a T-shirt that isn't too tight around my shoulders and arms.

True to the motto: stay human! I never have the feeling that I have to bend myself unnecessarily. It starts with an adapted nutrition plan and ends with the number of training sessions per week. What is certain, however, is that I am constantly progressing to achieve my goals.
