Nice selection but delivery and customer service was absolutely poor. Ordered terrace slabs 122x40 and accessories for two terraces. Once the wrong sample was delivered and once 10 packages too few. Customer service response to the missing patio slabs: our problem if you don't notice it on delivery. As it was an extensive delivery weighing around 2 tons, it was rather difficult to keep track of. We received zero courtesy and ended up losing around €500. Absolutely annoying and not to be recommended.
We have been in active contact with you and have tried our best to find a solution with you. A good 3 months after receiving the goods, you complained to us about an alleged shortage of 10 boxes. Our service team never said "it was your problem", we checked the stock in our warehouse and the total weight shipped. Both checks came to the conclusion that you must have received the correct quantity. Unfortunately, many of your statements do not match. In the end, for example, you reordered 6 boxes although 10 boxes were missing.
We are constantly striving to work in the interests of our customers and are also very willing to show goodwill. But if, as in your case, there is no fault on our part, there are limits to what we can do as a gesture of goodwill. Especially when it only becomes apparent after more than 3 months that 1/3 of the ordered quantity is missing.

Unbeatable for patio tiles both in terms of selection and prices. We were put off by our local dealer 3x with the delivery. Ordered at Fliesen24 and 4 days later the truck with 3 pallets stood in front of the door. That's how it has to be. This has saved us the summer. THANK YOU!

Overwhelmingly good offer of patio tiles. We have searched for a long time: DIY store, specialty store, internet and Fliesen24 had just the right tile at a really good price. Very happy to work with you again when we need tile material.
It doesn't get much better than this: I ordered on Friday and everything arrived today, Tuesday. It was after all 80 m² distributed on two heavy pallets and not just a small postal package. We can now start tomorrow with the installation. Top!
