Ich konnte leider nicht bezahlen. Bargeld wurde abgelehnt und es kann nur mit einer EC Karte bezahlt werden. Ich nutze das Bankkonto von Number26. Das ist Kreditkarte und EC Karte in einem. Diese Karte wurde abgelehnt. Das heisst für mich, wenn der Service nur mit einer EC Karte genutzt werden kann ist dieser Service für mich nicht nutzbar. Daher nur 1 Stern in der Qualität. Wenn Sie einen anderen Weg der Bezahlung nehnen. Einen den ich nutzen kann ist dieser Service perfekt weil ich mit meiner Bahncard 100 sehr viel Unterwegs bin und viel Taxi fahre.

Die Damen vom Promotion -Team haben uns sehr kompetent beraten und das angestrebte Ziel klar dargestellt. Wir hatten das Glück für Hin- und Rückfahrt den selben Fahrer zu haben. Der Fahrer war ausgesprochen höflich. Ich bin sehr an der weiteren Entwicklung der Elektromobilität interessiert und der Fahrer könnte dazu mit einem umfangreichen Wissen aufwarten. Alles in allem sind wir rundum zufrieden.
Schade das die Testphase in Leipzig schon so bald endet.

Ich war sehr überrascht, dass es soetwas gibt. Ich bin ganz hervorragend beraten worden bis zum Auto begleitet und bis vor die Haustür gebracht. Für 10€ ein super Service. Weiter so👍Mehr Reklame wäre ratsam, wenn nicht die jungen Leute am Bahnhof gestanden hätten, wüsste ich nichts davon Freundliche Grüße 🚕

Man wird vom Bahnhof direkt zur angegebenen Adresse gebracht . Man braucht nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren und mehrmals umsteigen. Das ist eine super Idee.
