My dog and I—and luckily, my dog too—love our FLUM bed! It’s just great and perfect for my Jacky!!! I only gave the website 4 stars because, in my opinion, some parts could be a bit more detailed—especially for customers visiting the site for the first time. - That’s where customer service really makes up for it, though—they answer all open questions and provide helpful guidance. All my questions were answered really well. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask how big the bed would be in size L, and I was shocked by how big it is. It’s actually too big for our apartment. But since our FLUM bed is soooooo great, and my little one loves it, it’s staying!!! Value for money also only gets 4 stars, unfortunately—the FLUM bed is definitely worth the money! However, it’s a shame that, at this price, the bed is hard to afford for people who don’t earn a lot.
