He demonstrates in a comprehensible way that managers can only master the current challenges if they recognize the value of their uniqueness, develop it and use it in a goal-oriented way.
The lecture contained several very valuable impulses, questions and thought exercises for me personally. The conversation with the speaker during the break was also very inspiring for me. I really appreciated the open exchange and insight into very personal elements of a Christian entrepreneur. The interview at the end of the event was also a good approach, but was practically too much about topics that were less relevant to my personal situation. Nevertheless, all in all a very valuable event.
Great overall concept! Compliments to the entrepreneur Frank Suchy, who faithfully follows his own vision and company philosophy here and comes across as very authentic! Thank you for letting me be part of it!
It was my first time there. The conversations around the table were very enriching. Until you really "know" each other among the participants, you need more opportunities. Unfortunately, I live a bit far away.

Mr. Suchy's presentation was very interesting and thought-provoking. It's great to get an honest, critical and different perspective on things. This part was very valuable. In my opinion, the panel discussion missed the mark somewhat, as the people had their own stories and these were not very universal. I would have liked to have seen more impulses like Mr. Suchy's presentation.
With Mr. Suchy, you can tell that he is a person with practical experience and knows what he is talking about. Human warmth and empathy are great strengths.

I was able to get to know Frank at an Erfa conference with colleagues, his presentation was inspiring and because of his own experiences, which I have also had in a similar form, I felt addressed and picked up at all times, I consider the topic to be extremely important for both entrepreneurs and employees and unfortunately it is still only accessible to a small circle. So thank you very much for your openness about your own experiences.
Very clear presentation of the personal development of the entrepreneur and self-employed person Mr. Suchy. I was able to recognize many parallels and derive solution strategies.
Mr. Suchy manages to get to the heart of the very simple but crucial things that are increasingly being lost sight of in these hectic times in an accurate and understandable way. This leads you to ask the right questions in order to think about your (professional) life from a different perspective.
the second lecture was too much, especially as the same content was presented in the same format a year ago using almost the same language and the participants come here permanently. Nevertheless, repetition is good, but the memory is no longer as agile in the evening... TITUS
The personal exchange with each other was particularly helpful. Everyone in the group was addressed individually according to their situation and questions were dealt with. I think the holistic view of the company and the entrepreneur as a person was very good.
