We used Frieden umzüge and I can only say that it couldn't be better. Punctual, friendly and super fast. I was simply thrilled.

We moved with peace of mind, after the quote and a change at my request (more boxes) the staff arrived on time and in a friendly manner and cleared everything out quickly. The excellent communication with the team leader deserves special mention. The whole move took 5 hours. We are very satisfied.

Yes, we are really very satisfied. Our move from Berlin to Aachen worked out wonderfully thanks to the always nice moving helpers.
The apartment was cleared out and dismantled super quickly with 6 men. It was actually more than estimated, but they took it with them without any problems. Then they were in Aachen even faster than agreed. 8 am instead of 1 pm. However, this meant that our private removal men couldn't help with the dismantling and the poor two had to do it on their own. Now everything is back in its new place and they are driving back again. Despite the really extreme effort, they both had a smile on their faces right to the end and were super nice. An absolute recommendation.

Professional and very well executed move. After a friendly initial meeting and a virtual inspection of the furniture, a transparent and fair offer for the move was made promptly. Acceptance of the quote was quickly followed by delivery of the moving boxes and packing materials purchased with the quote, as well as an on-site inspection to verify the assessment of the virtual tour. On the day of the move itself, the employees were on site on time and dismantled everything well and quickly (including a kitchen) and transported it packed to the new location, where everything was also unloaded and reassembled well and quickly.

I am really impressed by the performance of the 6 guys during our move!
Everything was packed very well, quickly but without any rush, there was no damage either at the place of departure or at the destination and more importantly - all our things arrived intact and undamaged!!!!
The team was punctual and friendly throughout, despite the low temperatures and the somewhat longer walk to the destination.
The fixed price proposed in advance by the employee after inspection was adhered to without any ifs and buts and the duration of the whole operation was also completely within reason!
