RA Giel advised and supported me on two issues: Firstly, in a dispute regarding an online purchase. Secondly, in the drafting of general terms and conditions for my own online store with a service focus. I felt very well advised at all times. Requests for changes to the draft GTC were implemented quickly and to the point. I would also like to emphasize the fair and transparent billing of the services. I will also hire Mr. Giel again for future legal issues.

Due to a naive carelessness during a video surveillance in the private area, I got into a warning procedure (penalty-reinforced cease-and-desist declaration/obligation declaration). Mr. Giel was able to fend off the matter very analytically and professionally with only one letter to the opposing law firm. The best 5 pages I have ever read on this matter. The opposing side fell silent as a result. The electronic client file is very sophisticated, with it the communication runs very structured. Mr. attorney Giel is a specialist in the area of video surveillance, data protection as well as warning procedures! I can recommend him without exception!!! TOP!!!
