I am not very well versed in insurance. In concrete terms, this means that I get in a bad mood when I read the "insurance German". Mr. Grote translates this for me and speaks directly about the advantages and disadvantages of a contract. I have gained great confidence in him, not least because he even advises me against useless contracts. Competent, careful, trustworthy, human, humorous. Many thanks for the years of help. I can only recommend you!

My personal experience has been very good. The competence and flexibility to make appointments outside normal business hours is remarkable. The products offered are fully adapted to my needs. Concluded contracts are regularly reviewed for the optimum.
