In May we had a cold water pipe burst! The company DROSTE was called in to carry out the necessary work. A big compliment to project manager Mr. K.! The handling of all trades ran smoothly! Highly motivated employees were assigned to us! Not necessarily a given in this day and age. A big thank you, thank you, thank you to all the employees who were on site with us! Whether it was the construction drying, painting, tiling, cleaning etc. who put their hard-working hands to work! As a company boss, you can be proud of these employees and pass on the praise! Without such a team, in a company, nothing would work! That is why we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone once again! Even the handling with the insurance company "Ammerlaender" went perfectly! In conclusion: We recommend DROSTE again and again, if a grade could be given, it would be "very good", without exaggerating! All the best for the company!

Like many other families in Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, my family was also very badly affected by the floods.
Droste stood in for a company that did not keep its promises to carry out the drying in a timely manner.

Droste carried out the work over a period of 7 weeks after a site inspection and detailed competent consultation using the latest technical equipment and successfully completed the work after repeated measurement of the moisture by the technical staff and provided the documentation required for the clearance measurement.
All contact persons (sales, technical) were always available or responded to the request to call back. Price-performance ratio was balanced and not arbitrarily adjusted due to high demand. Super job; thanks to the entire team!

Exceptional friendliness of the staff on site, cleanliness and very neat execution of the work. Results impeccable. Small drawback: misunderstandings in the scheduling / arrival of employees with us.

About 2 weeks ago I had an apartment fire. All rooms were affected. Droste was commissioned with the removal and cleaning. They carried out the work to my complete satisfaction.
Starting with the scheduling, the contact with the project manager and above all the performance of the crews on site.

After our fire, the Droste company took great care of everything. From the fixed schedule (which was kept) to the companies that have managed the rebuilding. Especially the painting company Schewe-Bartels from Minden.

One thing is a pity, you can only give 5 stars.
But we also hope that we will never see each other again, at least not in the situation we were in.
