As a long-time member, I was convinced by the concept of a uniform price without hidden costs and enthusiastic about the customer orientation. Wishes, ideas and also criticism were taken into account and often improvements were implemented quickly. This made Gym24 stand out from all the studios around it.
Unfortunately, this has been completely lost in recent years due to an expansion policy and thus cost explosion, so that criticism is only arrogantly responded to by the administration. The latest example is the reconstruction of the Gültsteiner Studio, which makes the sauna area available even to members with a wellness tariff, which actually includes sauna and has been paid for this for years, all of a sudden only with a considerable surcharge. With criticism it is pointed out that one would pay less in relation to a new member. Obviously one does not estimate old members, who paid for many years by their contributions the expansion with, any longer. A great pity.
Fortunately, most of the trainers are still there and can't do anything about the politics of the management.
For me and some other old members is rather the consideration, whether one would not like to use then also in other Studios, which are meanwhile also with transparent prices and high service on the market, a more pleasant training atmosphere inclusive sauna for comparable prices.
