I am very satisfied with everything that is offered here. Personal trainers are simply fun to train with. Around the clock 7 24 365 days. Great atmosphere, nice people. Everything is great all round.

Hello Max (Steiff), I have been a member for many years. The new equipment made me feel insecure. Thanks to your great instructions and the visualization of the corresponding body regions via your app, I am motivated again and look forward to training. You are doing a great job. Many thanks for that.

I have been training at Gym24 for many years and have only had good experiences so far. There are several gyms in the surrounding area to choose from, which provides variety if you want to see something different. In addition to numerous machines, there are also plenty of free weights areas and a mix of cardio machines. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The costs are absolutely reasonable and are not incurred if you want to take a break for a while thanks to the flexible rest periods. The users cover the entire spectrum: From hard pumpers to "normalos" to people who just want to lose some weight or simply have fun. The overall concept convinces me and I would recommend it to others.

I am very satisfied with the Gym-24, especially the one on the Hulb in Böblingen. You are valued as a member and always enjoy training. The staff is very nice and understanding, you feel comfortable in this place to do something good for your health.
The care of the trainers is very good, you are advised from the beginning with a health check and as a result individually adapted to your goal.
The ambience is very pleasant and the equipment is top.
All in all, a very great studio.

Simply not a nice climate there

Wlan still works after 9 months on the dog, friendliness now everywhere missing, contribution increaseand service cuts due to rebuilding in Herrenberg.
Unfortunately no longer recommended

As a long-time member, I was convinced by the concept of a uniform price without hidden costs and enthusiastic about the customer orientation. Wishes, ideas and also criticism were taken into account and often improvements were implemented quickly. This made Gym24 stand out from all the studios around it.
Unfortunately, this has been completely lost in recent years due to an expansion policy and thus cost explosion, so that criticism is only arrogantly responded to by the administration. The latest example is the reconstruction of the Gültsteiner Studio, which makes the sauna area available even to members with a wellness tariff, which actually includes sauna and has been paid for this for years, all of a sudden only with a considerable surcharge. With criticism it is pointed out that one would pay less in relation to a new member. Obviously one does not estimate old members, who paid for many years by their contributions the expansion with, any longer. A great pity.
Fortunately, most of the trainers are still there and can't do anything about the politics of the management.
For me and some other old members is rather the consideration, whether one would not like to use then also in other Studios, which are meanwhile also with transparent prices and high service on the market, a more pleasant training atmosphere inclusive sauna for comparable prices.

Unfortunately I MUST give one star. But they didn't deserve one star.Everything was in pretty "Satisfied" range as long as they didn't take money even for rest time of my son. That shocked my son and he decided to cancel the contract at gym 24. However, the policy of gym 24 is that my son cannot cancel the contract until June next year. And it can be that they want to get money from him for this period anyway. There are many gym/fitness studios which are more friendly.
And now what directly for "gym 24" ...Please do not give personal data anywhere; as not from my son, so also not mine.

The trainers are all nice and helpful and are happy to explain in detail if you have any questions. I feel comfortable, even with the other guests.

Unfortunately, the management has no idea about customer loyalty. For many months, you have to train in the Herrenberg studio in a construction site associated with noise, dirt, hardly any parking spaces, failing systems and understanding is always expected - from the customer. An apology or even a reduction for the barely existing showers and changing facilities, the missing sauna, etc. - nothing. Instead, rude answers directly from the CEO with threats of a price increase because you are so ungrateful and complain.

At Gym24 in Herrenberg, everyone is always friendly and will help with any request you have.

The consultation and later the instruction was very good. There is always a contact person and you feel well taken care of. The atmosphere is very relaxed, everyone is nice, friendly and motivated and no one spreads hectic.

The equipment is not the newest, but it serves its purpose. In the men's locker room area, more seating would certainly be an advantage. Here there is just in the area of the shower only a small bench but lots of lockers.

They take a lot of time to teach you how to use the equipment. Another thing I like about GYM is that you only have to sign one contract and then you can attend all the classes.
