I was able to reach Ms. Hoffmann. She was extremely cooperative, professional and very understanding of my situation. I was particularly impressed by her patience and her open and empathetic manner. I would like to express my sincere thanks for her attentive listening and her support with the challenges of the family reunification procedure. The initial misunderstanding was due to a technical error, which was quickly resolved.

A hammer is helpful for clients and well-collected datasets, especially for armed conflicts, war victims, and natural disasters. Most of the victims do not get their rights from the Court directly because of the turmoil caused by war.
