Especially good was the contact until delivery. I was regularly informed if something changed in the delivery time. Therefore, had a good feeling at all times. The delivery has worked in the specified time window of the shipping company. Everything was delivered in perfect condition.
Only the color of the lounge group looked a little different than in the PC. I thought the cushions were rather gray. Now they were but rather brown. But qualitatively a good product. Price performance fits. Bought lounge group SANTA PONSA DE LUXE.

The ordered goods arrived quickly and well packed. The very nice carrier noted small damage to the packaging, but since inside was also still well packed, the goods are in perfect condition. Ordered another part a week later. The lounge group is fantastic. Also the telephone contact was extremely friendly and courteous. This is how I imagine service.

I bought a cushion for a garden bench from you.
I love this cushion it is mega comfortable and very well made. The bench is in our staircase and is also used a lot by guests and everyone praises this cushion, which not only looks good but is also really nice and comfortable.
The delivery time was perfectly fine and the goods were also well packed. They have in me a satisfied customer who recommends them very gladly.

It is now nevertheless close to my heart to rate this store, especially since we are from the Stade area.
The ordered deckchair cushions look like pictured on the website. They are of very good quality (material and workmanship ). The price is clearly justified. Considering that other suppliers, which can be found in any city, offer their cushions for the same price, but the qualities leave much to be desired, we are glad to have come across this online store.
In the package we found a handwritten card with personal address, where please you can still find something like that in today's fast-paced world? A very nice gesture! We would definitely order again at Haus&Garten Edition in Stade or visit on site, if we did not live so far away. Now the spring can come.

We recently redid our terrace, for which I was looking for a suitable lounge. I got great advice from the staff - it's rare to experience such service these days. We found a beautiful lounge and look forward to when spring finally comes again. The quality is really great and thanks to the matching protective cover we can leave the lounge outside all year round. Thank you very much :-)
